Thornton is becoming a tale of two cities, where a few benefit from growth, while most people live from paycheck to paycheck. Our city is going to continue to grow, but we need to ensure that we have thoughtful development that respects the character of South Thornton.
Too many people in South Thornton are excluded from being part of the big decisions in our city and many opportunities because of their gender, the color of their skin, or where they were born. This has to change.
Together, we can continue our fight to make South Thornton a place where everyone has the opportunity to live in a thriving neighborhood where we take care of each other.
